"Tough to get a time that worked"
The hardest part was just getting an appointment. The times I needed were already booked up, and trying to reschedule wasn’t exactly simple either... The staff were nice enough when I called, so no issue there, but the long wait really took away from the experience for me. I just wish they had more open slots!

"At first, I thought the hair looked..."
At first, I thought the hair looked okay, but once I got closer and actually wore it, it just didn’t feel very natural to me. As someone who likes my hair to look effortless and believable, this wasn’t quite it. For the price, I expected it to look and feel better.

"Expected It to Hold Up Better"
I got a hair system from HairClub at first it looked good. I was kind of relieved because I thought, okay, maybe this was worth the money.
Then out of nowhere, it started shedding way more than I expected. The base also began feeling worn down quickly, which was really annoying because I wasn’t being rough with it or anything. I washed it carefully, brushed it gently, the whole deal.
For what it costs, I really thought it would last longer. It just didn’t feel like the quality matched the price, and I don’t see myself going back

"Wish the pricing was clearer upfront"
The experience was okay, but the pricing wasn’t very clear before I booked. I kept thinking I understood the total… and then it felt like there were extra details I hadn’t really seen upfront. Just wish everything had been laid out more clearly from the start.

I was disappointed with this. The hair started feeling cheap way sooner than I expected, and the overall quality just wasn’t great. I tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I kept getting passed around in a support loop without any real solution, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Canceling at the Worst Time Was Such a Hassle"
I tried to cancel my plan, and of course I picked the worst possible time to do it. Still, the whole process took way longer than I expected and ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Financing details weren’t clear"
They definitely pushed the financing option, but the payment breakdown and extra fees were hard to follow. Even the little details, like what was due upfront versus what would be added later, weren’t explained clearly. I ended up leaving with more questions than answers.
"It was decent for a while, I guess"
At first, it seemed good and I was mostly happy with it for the first few years. But over time, the upkeep started getting more expensive than I expected, and the results just didn’t look as fresh anymore. It’s not terrible, but I’m not sure I’d call it worth it long-term.

Maybe I caught them on a busy day, and I probably could’ve explained my concerns better too, but the whole consult felt really rushed. I walked away with vague answers and didn’t feel like it was worth the time...

"Color and texture didn’t match at all"
I was really hoping this hair piece would blend in, but the color and texture were way off for me. In daylight it was super obvious, and it felt a lot rougher than my own hair. For the price, I expected little better. Disappointed overall

"Stylist could’ve been better"
The stylist was nice enough but they didn’t seem super experienced to me and I just felt like the whole appointment could’ve gone a lot smoother and maybe with someone a little more confident.

"Staff was "really" unprofessional"
The staff came across as rude and unorganized. I was just standing there waiting while they chatted with each other, and when I asked a couple of simple questions, I got these short, dismissive answers. It really felt like they "couldn’t care less" about helping me. I won’t be going back.

"Issue got fixed in the end"
Had a issue at first and it took some calls to get someone on it, but they did finally fix it. Was a bit annoying, but at least everything is working now.

"Not enough options for what I was looking for"
I thought HairClub would have more ways to customize everything, but it felt more limited than I expected. The styles and colors they showed me just weren’t really what I had pictured, and I kept thinking, is this really all the options??
The staff was nice and tried to be helpful, so I don’t want to make it sound like they were rude or anything. But I left feeling like I was choosing from their preset options instead of creating something that actually worked for me. For the price, I really expected more control over the final look, you know??

Dealing with customer service was exhausting. I reached out more than once and each time it felt like I was just waiting forever to hear anything back.
When someone finally did reply, it was the same kind of generic answer as before, like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. No real help, no follow-up, just the same issue again and I’m tired of it

They make it sound easy on the site, but the closest location was still hours away from me. At that point, all the polished wording doesn’t really matter — I’m not driving that far for it.

"Pretty good hold, but also kind of hit or miss"
The adhesive is decent most of the time, and some days I forget it’s even there. But if I sweat a lot, the front can start lifting sooner than I’d like, which is frustrating. HairClub fixed it when I went back in, so I can’t really complain too much, but I still wish the hold was more consistent.

I tried HairClub, and maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but the scheduling was frustrating. My appointment got moved more than once, and I kept feeling like I had to be the one calling to check what was actually going on.
I know places get busy, so maybe I’m being a little harsh, but when you book a time, you kind of expect it to stick. It ended up wasting my time and making the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. The staff seemed fine, so this isn’t about them personally, it’s more about the reliability

"Billing mix-up was frustrating"
I had my bill come through wrong twice, which was frustrating. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really give me a clear fix or much help. A friend had recommended this to me, so I was expecting a smoother experience...
"Way Too Much Upkeep for Me"
I didn’t realize how much maintenance this was going to take. Between the regular appointments, cleaning, little adjustments, and constantly worrying if everything still looked right, it got old quickly.
It started feeling like I had to plan my schedule around my hair, and that part was weird. For the price, I really expected it to be less of a hassle. It just wasn’t for me, and I wish I’d asked more questions before committing.
